Thanks a lot of experience acquired behind professional of restoring, Christian Extrat felt like to create a new collection of professionnal clothes, made in France. This collection is designed in mjority with some natural fiber.

Why the name Cassiopée ?

In french, Cassiopée means a constellation of stars. Stars referencing of star chefs.


Listening to heads cook:

Much more than a creation story, Christian went to meet some heads cook in order to learn more about their needs and their desires.

Points retained:

  • A clothe light and design
  • A comfortable jacket, the same comfort of a tee-shirt

His goal was to break codes of professionals clothes.

The first draft :

Anja Seidl, Parisian designer specialising in high fashion, created the first draft of Cassiopée collection. Anja and Christian met differents professionals of catering trade in order to define their needs.

Sketch to embodiment :

Treatment made to the conception of the collection of Cassiopee are very challenging. We choose the best french fabric, with an intention to propose some natural and innovative materials.

Our ambitions :

Today, we have created professionals clothes wth high quality and comfort in order to satisfy the catering trade.

Tomorrow, our goal is to continue the development of our collection in order to satisfy waiters.

The idea of the brand wants to go further and develop some others natural fiber as flax, hemp, bamboo.

Currently, we are selling our products in France but in the future we would like to sell internationally.
